# Review what it has done

> Trace any reply back to what prompted it: a group's history, the usage and activity log, approvals, your connected tools' own audit logs, your Anthropic account, and ignored mail.

Everything the agent sees and sends is kept, so you can trace any reply back to what prompted it.

## A group's history

The group's **History** page lists every thread the agent has seen, answered or not, with its messages. Open a thread to read the whole exchange, including the agent's replies and the notices it posted. Admins can also restart a thread's session or mute it from there.

## Usage & activity

The group's **Usage & activity** page has:

- **This month:** the group's spend against its limit, and the field to change the limit.
- **Recent turns:** each reply the agent worked on, with when it started, its status (completed, failed, cancelled, waiting for approval), any error, its cost, and a link to its thread.
- **Activity log:** this group's settings changes and events, each with who did it and when. Organization-level changes aren't shown here. It records, among others:
  - admins added and removed, and spend limits set;
  - network and skill changes, files uploaded and deleted, memory notes edited and deleted;
  - approvals requested, routines created, started and turned off;
  - budget warnings;
  - commands sent from the group (`command.mute`, `command.restart`, …);
  - the group being added, joined or declined.

## Approvals

The group's **Approvals** page keeps recent decisions: each tool, its connector, whether it was approved or declined, and when.

## In your connected tools

Connectors act with the account you signed in with when you connected them. Each tool's own audit log shows those actions under that account, which is a good reason to use a dedicated service account for each connector.

## In Anthropic

Every group's agent, each thread's session, and the vaults and memory stores live in your organization's Anthropic account. The Anthropic Console shows sessions, their events, and spend.

## Ignored mail

Mail an agent ignored because Gmail couldn't vouch for it, and groups it was kept out of, show on the organization page under each agent. A message sent straight to the agent's address that it couldn't verify shows there too, with the sender's domain and why it was dropped.
